All Neon Apparels products carry a 15 day satisfaction guarantee.
Always contact the customer care first to verify that the given guarantee or warranty applies and to obtain agains model number of the product. We may elect to not accept returns that have not been authorized by us; any unauthorized returns may be treated as unwarranted repair requests.
The 15 day satisfaction guarantee states that if you purchased the product directly from us for delivery in India, then for the first 15 days after the original shipment date of your order, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete (including the original product, with the unit in its original packing materials) and undamaged, your purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be refunded to you. We do not refund any shipping costs, and we may have to charge you extra if your original real shipment costs were greater than our invoiced amount. Note that if the product is disputed, you may either request a refund or an exchange-or-repair-based replacement (per our 30 day warranty). Always contact the customer support first to verify that the satisfaction guarantee against model number. We cannot guarantee that we will accept returns that have not been authorized by us.
No refunds will ever be given after 15 days from the original order date.
Refund, replacement, and repair are your only remedies under our warranty.
Your only remedy under our warranty is the above mentioned refund (15 day satisfaction guarantee) or the replacement or repair (30 day warranty) of your eligible unit as described above. Neither this warranty nor any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall extend beyond the 30 day warranty period. Under no circumstances shall Neon Apparels be liable for any special incidental, indirect or punitive damages or for any consequential damages, even if Neon Apparels knows or is informed that such damages are possible.
Important: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
No reseller is authorized to modify the terms of this warranty. Any additional warranty offered by a reseller is the sole responsibility of that reseller.
No Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the items and standards of hygiene, we regret we cannot offer you any exchange or refund on any of the lingerie products. We practice the policy for your well being as it is never a good option to return a lingerie item after trying it. This can give rise to rashes and allergies which are often contagious and can get transmitted from one user to another easily. This is the reason we never acknowledge any request for return or exchange of any item once sold and delivered.
