Shipping is free on all orders above INR 999. Neon Apparels uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing.

Free two-day shipping

Free two-day shipping is available on in-stock items. You can see in your cart if your item is in stock. Free two-day shipping is not available on customized products, and for certain order types, including orders paid for with financing or by bank transfer.

To get free two-day shipping, you will need to place your order by 5pm EST, Monday to Friday. Please refer to the table below to see when your item will arrive:

• Order before 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday → Delivers in two business days
• Order before 5:00pm EST on a Friday → Delivers on Tuesday
• Order after 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday → Delivers in three business days
• Order after 5:00pm EST on a Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday → Delivers on Wednesday

Free next-day shipping on panty

Free next-day shipping is available on any in-stock product. You can see in your cart if your item is in stock.

To get free next-day shipping on product, you will need to place your order by 5pm EST, Monday to Friday. Please refer to the table below to see when your item will arrive:

• Order before 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday → Delivers in one business day
• Order before 5:00pm EST on a Friday → Delivers on Monday
• Order after 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday → Delivers in two business days
• Order after 5:00pm EST on a Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday → Delivers on Tuesday

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

Guaranteed shipping services

Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee:

• Guaranteed Next Day Shipping → Delivers in one business day
• Guaranteed Next Day Shipping, before noon → Delivers before noon the day after the product is available

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address and availability of your items. A signature may be required for delivery.

Available to Ship Time

The ‘Available to ship' time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays “Available to ship: 1 business day" the item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order. While Neon Apparels works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer ship times.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.
